Ironhawk SG Series Center Guards
Ironhawk’s SG126XXXCTR center guards were designed to protect and prevent premature wear of articulating cutting edges such as the Lake Effect and Joma articulating blades.
Features Include
- The tapered design of the center guard helps to guide articulating blades over expansion joints, which minimizes the incidents of blade segments getting caught and ripped off
- Constructed of 1” thick heavy-duty structural steel
- These are compatible with our Lake Effect blade systems as well as all Joma-style articulating blades.
We recommend using Ironhawk grade 8 hardware for installation.
The SG series is optimized for articulating blades with a tapered front profile to permit these blades to ride over expansion joints.
